Frinsa Collective
The Frinsa Collective is a family-owned estate in Java run by Wildan Mustofa, sourcing coffee from neighboring producers and processing it on-site using the wet-hulled method. In this process, coffee is depulped, dried to about 35% moisture, hulled to remove parchment, and then fully dried to 10–12% moisture for export. The team also focuses on experimental methods like Honeys, Naturals, anaerobic fermentation, and single-variety lots, maintaining high quality and regional representation. Wildan oversees agriculture and processing, his wife Atieq manages contracts, and their son Fikri handles cupping. This signature coffee, “Sunda Badak,” reflects the Preanger region’s profile, offering flavors of cherry cola, root beer, and brown sugar.
