Las Lajas Gusher

Las Lajas Gusher is a natural process coffee from Costa Rica, produced by third-generation coffee farmers Oscar and Francisca Chacón. We taste watermelon, sweet candy, and wine with an intensely fruit-forward profile and syrupy sweetness.

Carefully selected ripe cherries are slowly dried on raised beds, allowing the coffee to develop its vibrant fruit character and complexity. The result is a bold, expressive cup that reflects Las Lajas' long-standing commitment to innovation and specialty coffee.
