Grape Decaf
Grape Decaf is a co-fermented Colombian coffee produced at El Vergel Estate using coffees sourced from Tolima, Huila, and Caldas. We taste grape soda, citrus, and sweet chocolate with a bold fruit-forward profile and candy-like sweetness.
After extended fermentation with grape flavors and yeast, the coffee undergoes EA Sugarcane decaffeination to remove caffeine while preserving complexity and body in the cup. The result is a vibrant decaf that keeps its sweetness, structure, and expressive character intact.
