Gakui

Gakui is a washed Kenyan coffee from the Gakui Factory on the slopes of Mount Kenya, where members of the Gakundu Farmers' Cooperative focus on quality, sustainability, and producer support. We taste brown sugar, red fruits, and mulberry with a bright, structured cup.

Extended fermentation, soaking, and slow drying help develop the coffee's vibrant fruit character and balanced sweetness. We think it shines best as drip coffee, espresso, French press, or cold brew.
