Black Condor
Black Condor is a washed coffee from Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia. A region known for both its deep coffee history and the lasting effects of conflict. Produced through the Black Condor Project, this coffee supports growers across more than 15 villages through education, processing support, and quality-focused workshops led in partnership with local producer Emmanuel and Forest Coffee.
This coffee features notes of blackberry, caramel, and turbinado sugar with a balanced, approachable profile. After harvest, the coffee is fermented in mucilage for 24 hours before drying on patios for 15–25 days and stabilizing prior to milling, creating a clean and consistent cup.
